If you are going to be more than 5 minutes late for your appointment please call the salon or contact your service provider. If you are more than 15 minutes late your service provider may be unable to accommodate your appointment and may have to cancel or reschedule. 

Cancellation: 

we require 24 hours notice for cancelled appointments. Less than 24 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the cancelled appointment. 

No Call/No Show: 

If we receive insufficient notice or no notice you will be required to pay 100% of the missed service and may be required to pay a deposit for future bookings
